Refund policy

We accept returns on all orders of unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items returned without using our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If the returned item is open or damaged upon arrival at our facility, we will not honor any previously approved refund or replacement.

Please take care in packing your Shroom Awakening items for return. We are not responsible for any non-Shroom Awakening items that are shipped back to our facility.

Refunds will be made only in the form of the original payment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
